DO MY GUESTS NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS?

Absolutely, we want to ensure your utmost comfort during the event. To maintain hygiene standards, we kindly request that your guests bring their own sleeping pillows and blankets.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS NEEDED, AND SHOULD THE SPACE BE CLEARED BEFORE THE EVENT?

Each tent/mattress combo measures about 4 feet wide and 6.5 feet in length. We have the flexibility to arrange the tents or tables in various configurations, allowing them to seamlessly fit into any space, whether placed side by side or facing each other. We kindly request that the space be cleared before the event. Please note that our staff is not liable or obligated to move any furniture due to safety and liability concerns.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU PROVIDE SERVICE TO, AND IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

We offer our services across the entire Capital Region, and within 20-mile radius of Albany NY, delivery is complimentary.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You have the flexibility to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your $100 deposit up to 14 days before the event. However, cancellations made after this period, for any reason, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Should you need to reschedule your event, we are committed to working with you to find a suitable alternative date. Our aim is to ensure the happiness of both you and your children by providing an unforgettable experience without causing additional stress for parents.

- $100 security deposit (non-refundable and transferable) is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due one week before the vent.

- $75 damage deposit (refundable) is due with final payment and is returned after the inspection of the equipment on the collection process.
